Goblin’s Mead offers a wide range of accommodation to suit every traveler’s need from the more budget conscious to the most discerning guest, and is ideal for holiday or business. For those looking for a peaceful stay, and who would love to explore Cape Town and its surroundings in 5-Star like comfort at 3 Star prices you need look no further.
Goblin’s Mead No 20 offers spacious and elegant accommodation with an ambiance of tranquility, 3 of the 4 rooms having an aircon and open up onto the stunning tropical rock pool, while the 4th room has a view of the entrance yard. Each room having their own TV with Netflix, FREE WI-FI, a mini fridge and a coffee machine. There is a fully equipped communal kitchen and a really cozy lounge
Goblin’s Mead No 10 a delightful house in the same cul de sac, light and airy with a touch of decadence has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, TV with Netflix, FREE WI-FI, mini fridge and a coffee machine. French doors open up to a private wooden sun deck and a small garden. There is a fully equipped communal kitchen and a really cozy lounge. There is a small pool to cool of on hot days.

Hi there from Brett and Rosi. We started with the first guesthouse in 2001. Today we have 3 guesthouses, Goblin’s Mead in Edgemead Cape Town, Goblin’s Inn and Goblin’s Creek at the sleepy seaside fishing village of St Helena Bay at the West Coast. Our aim is to make the stay at our guesthouses an extraordinary experience. We like to offer 5 star like accommodation at 3 star prices. If necessary, bending over backwards to make our guests happy. Our FIRST and foremost house rule is MAKE YOURSELVES AT HOME. We love going to flee markets and antique shops to hunt unique items to add to the guesthouse decor.

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 21 days before arrival, bank or credit card fees for refund may arise. 21 days before arrival 100% of the total price will be charged.
Regretfully we can not allow pets.
Credit card payments are allowed. The credit card owner has to provide a signed copy of his/her ID and a copy of the used credit card to confirm the payment. Otherwise the credit card payment will not be accepted.
Payment of the full amount has to be made to secure your booking.
Regrettably, we can not allow children under the age of 14.
